We are based in Nuneaton and cover 10miles free delivery and set up of CV10.
We can cover outside of this area with a mileage fee based on distance over 10 miles.
We have full public liability insurance, DBS checks & all our bouncy castles are PIPA checked and inspected according to these standards.

How it works
Delivery & Set Up
Willows Tiny Wonders is committed to providing customers with everything they’re looking for, for their little ones soft play needs. We will deliver, set up & prepare all of the equipment in the location of your event! We work on a MIX & MATCH basis - any soft play package, any bouncy castle, any theme, any extra add ons (including balloon displays). You build the perfect set up for the play needs of your little ones and your budget.
We can transform any space to make it a tailor-made safe play space! All our packages are available to use indoor & outdoor. On booking, we will ask you what date your celebrations are on, what package you would like, your venue details, your party times and the times you have the room hired from and too. This helps us to take all relevant information to be able to advise if we have availability on your chosen date. You will also receive a booking form and email from us to confirm your package and any extra you have chosen to personalise the set up and this email will detail how to pay your damage deposit to secure your booking.
On the day of the booking, we will arrive promptly, come and greet you to say hello and discuss where you would like the equipment to be set up. We can also advise on where we think the equipment will fit best to maximise your room and play space for your little ones. On set up, we will check you are happy with the final aesthetics and will take some pictures before we leave. We will then return at the end of your hire to desemble the equipment, quickly and efficiently. On collection of the equipment, we will check for any damages and we will discuss this with you before leaving and if the equipment if free from damage, the damage deposit will be returned to you as agreed on collection.
Rules of Play!
RULES OF PLAY
1. Adult supervision required by hirer at all times during the use of equipment.
2. No food or drink to be consumed whilst using or near the soft play equipment.
3. Only socks to be worn. No bare feet. No shoes.
4. No face paint or glitter.
5. No equipment should be dismantled.
6. No crayons, pens, markers or messy play.

We cover a 10mile radius of CV10 for free set up. Anything over 10miles will be charged additional milage.
